Stephanie works primarily with Trent in handling administrative tasks-- including banking, time sheets, record retention, the BGCA annual report, meeting preparation and audit preparation. Stephanie grew up in the Bay Area and has a lovely family with her husband and two girls. Stephanie was a professional salsa dancer at the San Francisco Mission Community Center.  She would like to finish her nursing education in the future.

In his 20th year with the BGCSHC, Trent oversees Unit Club operations, human resources, the After School Education and Safety Act (ASES program), the Vintners, cities and OJP grants, fiscal management, community relationships and staff training. Trent will succeed Jay, effective July 1, 2017.

Jay is the Chief Professional Officer, responsible for interfacing with BGCA, establishing the organization's vision, strategic planning, Board development,  the capital campaign, the Calistoga construction, and meeting organizational goals. After 47 years with Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the Pacific Northwest and in California, Jay will retire on June 30, 2017 to his home and family in Washington State. The Board of Directors has selected Trent Yaconelli as Jay's successor.

Ash is responsible for day-to-day Club programs, the winter basketball program, school relationships, staff and facility management, and child and parent relationships.

Calistoga Teen Center Unit Director​


Heather works with the courts, the St. Helena and Calistoga School Districts and Police Departments, assisting at-risk youth and first-time offenders. Heather also produces the "Every 15 Minutes" anti-drinking-and-driving program, anti-bullying programs and is a certified DARE educator.
A Massachusetts native, Megan coordinates community funding campaigns, including the Annual Campaign, annual appeals, grant writing, "The BIG Night" and the Calistoga Annual Breakfast For Kids. Megan also manages our donor management systems and builds public awareness of Club programs, activities and services. You can find Megan exploring and enjoying the beautiful Napa Valley with her four-legged best buddy.
